community living camp day3

Community living camp, 3rd day
March 21, 2022

The third day of our community living camp was named as Rosso which indicates the colour Red- the colour of passion and energy. On that day we went to Vagamon for our field trip. Although fieldtrip is a part of the two year B.Ed curriculum, we haven't had a chance to go to a field trip together because of the covid-19 pandemic. So, literally speaking, this was our first field trip together and hence it was so special and we all eagerly waited for this trip for a week.
At 5 a.m. all the student teachers and the respected faculty members reached at the college and began our journey. We enjoyed every second of this journey by singing and dancing at all oppurtunities. Around 10 a.m,we have reached one of the most beautiful places in Vagamon, that is the Pine Valley. The weather was very pleasant which provide us some kind of solace. We spent about two hours in that place and after that we began our journey to the next destination, which is,Mottakunnu. It was another attractive tourist spots in Vagamon and we spent around 1 hour there. We had our lunch at 1:00 p.m. and because of the time limit,we couldn't get a chance to visit kurisumala as we had planned. So, after the lunch,we went for the next destination, which is Parunthumpara.
Parunthumpara is another attractive tourist spot in Vagamon, which provides a spectacular 360 degree view of the Peerumedu Hills and the surrounding mountain ranges and plains. We all liked the place very much and we had spent more time there. At around 5:30 p.m. we returned from there. We had our dinner at kuttikkanam at around 7:30 p.m. and we reached the college at around 12 a.m. This was the best day of our five-day community living camp and it essentially provided as a great memory to cherish for our lives.
