Teaching practice week 5
TEACHING PRACTICE WEEK 5 : "MONDAY - FRIDAY"

REFLECTION ON SCHOOL EXPERIENCE
As usual we reached the school right at 9 30 am everyday of fifth week of teaching practice and then signed our register.In the very first day of fifth week I had a period in 9A and i took the topic law of conservation of monentumand impulse.
The second day of fifth week was "muharam" so it was holiday . In third day of fifth week I can't go to school because of fever.
The fourth day was started with the morning assembly conducted by the 10th B students. They did a very good job. There was a magazine presentation in the assembly by the English department with the guidance of divya teacher, English teacher of govt HS ayur and English b.ed trainees from kuct college. The headmistress presented the magazine in the assembly. The magazine was named as " Historia"
After that there was an instructional class about raising the flag in houses from 13/08/22 to 15/08/22 as part of 75th independence day celebration. It was delivered by the Remya teacher, the social science teacher. In second hour i had a period in 9th A. I took the topic reaction action force.After that I had a period in 8th A so i conducted a group remedial class based on diagnostic test and that was effective. I read about fundamental rights in the same class As directed by the Ancy teacher.
The fifth day of fifth week also started with an assembly that was conducted for the inaguration of "Kerala koumudy" newspaper distribution in school. Many chief guest were participated in that event. Kerala koumudy's chief editor, Managing director of Highway kitchen, Mr Aswin he was the sponser of this programme, PTA president, Principal of HSS , Ambili mam, and Headmistress of HS , Deepa mam, other teaching and non teaching staffs etc were participated in that event. Mr Aswin High way kitchen MD handovered the newspaper to head of the schools with in the presence of all students.. I used ICT for both classes. In the afternoon we all went to HSS building for further classes. Because, NSS camp is conducting our HS block. After that we all the b.ed trianees conducted a quiz competition relating to the Indian independence. Nidhi from 8th A got first prize and second prize got Alphonse from 8th A and Jeevan from 9th B. After that we left the school at 3.30 pm
CURRICULAR AND CO-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
In this week students of 9 th standard were taught using of teaching manual from their second chapter and third chapter from part first of biology textbook.The students of 9th standard were taught using teaching manual of their physics text book. Teaching aids such as charts And ICT enabled slides were used appropriately based on the topic taught.
The reflective journals were also done this week.
OVERALL REFLECTION OF CLASSROOM EXPERIENCE
The students of 9th standard were given teaching manual oriented activity based classroom experience. Total 16 teaching manual of 9 th standard were completed effectively by this week. Total 28 teaching manuals are completed by this week. Students were given followup activities like assignment and short note in science diary.
